The Premier League has charged the league’s champions of breaking 115 alleged financial regulations.
Manchester City might have to part ways with a number of its star players as a result of the situation. One of the pillars of Pep Guardiola’s team, Bernardo Silva, has recently been heavily linked with an exit from Etihad.

According to rumours, both sporting director Luis Campos and PSG attacker Kylian Mbappe, Silva’s former teammate at AS Monaco, are attempting to have Silva signed to the Parc des Princes for next summer.
Bernardo Silva has already made it very apparent that he wanted to leave Manchester City and that Barcelona was his ideal destination. The flamboyant midfielder has spent a fair lot of time at the Etihad Stadium feeling uneasy off the field.
In the summer of 2021, he reportedly asked to completely quit the club, and the Cityzens reportedly agreed. Barcelona tried to sign the former AS Monaco player last summer and even made a last-minute bid for him in January that fell through.
Silva has a deal with Manchester City that runs until 2025, and the Sky Blues are reportedly demanding £70 million for him.
