Dewald Brevis, who hit 5 maximums and 4 boundaries in the innings remained 1 run short to becoming the youngest player in Tata IPL 2022 to score a 50. He was caught by Arshdeep Singh on the very next ball Brevis was dropped at the boundary line.
Things did not go well for MI for too long as two run-out dismissed Tilak Varma and Kieron Pollard. Suryakumar Yadav, however, continued his fine form who scored 43 from 30 balls.
