One goal at a time, Erling Haaland is answering every query concerning his assimilation into Manchester City and the Premier League. or one hat trick at a time, like in the last two games.
With a 38-minute hat trick against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday, Haaland continued his scorching run through England’s top division after a 28-minute hat trick in the second half saved three points for Man City against Crystal Palace over the weekend.

With nine goals in five games, the Norwegian, who joined City from Borussia Dortmund this summer, is currently leading the Premier League and is scoring at an absolutely incredible rate. On Wednesday, he scored after making only one touch, finishing from close range after Phil Foden had provided the pass.
Eleven minutes later, he and Foden once more executed a fantastic combination in the Forest box, ending with an unmarked look from close range.
The striker used his enormous body to out-leap Forest’s defenders and head in from the goalmouth for his third goal, which came even closer than the previous two.
Although that rate is undoubtedly unsustainable, Haaland has already outscored 15 Premier League teams with his nine goals. This is an early warning shot from Man City’s new star forward about what his plans are for his new league.
