On Tuesday morning, a person who resembled Brown uploaded a garbled video message to Instagram. The authorities are claiming it to be a homicide, which has fuelled worries in Mexico. Folks living nearby reached out to the police, saying that the 35-year-old had been behaving oddly before vanishing.
The Maywood police department in the Chicago suburbs is reviewing the case and the video that’s been all over social media.
“Detectives are aware of a video that has surfaced on social media in relation to Mr Sergio Brown, who is still thought to be missing,” They’re also trying to figure out if the video is the real deal or not.”We’re in the midst of an ongoing investigation, and right now, we can’t provide any extra details”, it says.

Myrtle Brown, a former free agent from Notre Dame who wasn’t selected in the NFL draft, inked a deal with the New England Patriots back in 2010. Over the course of his NFL career, he played seven seasons as a safety, with stints at both the Jacksonville Jaguars and Indianapolis Colts. His last season in the league was 2016 when he appeared in eight games for the Buffalo Bills.
